Senior Executive - Digital Marketing

The Senior Executive - Digital Marketing is responsible for driving CRM and retention marketing campaigns including email, SMS, and app push notifications. The role manages customer segmentation and lifecycle journeys, utilizing CRM platforms such as Bloomreach and MoEngage to enhance engagement and repeat purchases. Performance tracking and analytics form a critical part of the position, requiring monitoring of key KPIs such as CTR, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rates via GA4, Ads Manager, and internal dashboards. The role also includes evaluating the performance of non-paid channels and delivering actionable insights. In creative strategy, the executive reviews and provides feedback on ads and copies across Meta, Google, and TikTok while coordinating with designers and content writers for A/B testing. The individual is the primary liaison with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of campaign outcomes with business goals. The position demands strong technical expertise in digital marketing tools, analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach within a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment.
