Our mission is to empower serious job seekers with strategic tools, not promises or illusions. We’ll give you every advantage we can but this is a partnership, not a done-for-you service.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • We operate on a strict no-refund policy. Once a purchase is made, our team begins working immediately. Our time, strategy, and attention are allocated to your project upfront.
  • Refunds due to customer errors (such as duplicate purchases) will be issued minus any payment processor fees.
  • Please ensure you read the service descriptions and FAQs carefully before placing your order. If unsure, feel free to reach out to us first.

3. No Guarantee of Job Outcomes

  • We do not guarantee job interviews or offers. These are dependent on factors outside our control, including your personal skills, the market, and how you apply our strategies.
  • We’re unable to force you to follow the instructions we set out. We don’t micromanage, chase, or monitor. You are the one applying for jobs—we’re the ones giving you the best tools to succeed.
  • If you want to be handheld, we’re not the right service. If you want to be given clear, strategic direction from people who understand how the market works, you’re in the right place.
  • We don’t coach or train you on your job’s technical aspects. We are not software engineers, finance specialists, or marketing directors—we are experts in getting you interviews, not doing your job for you.
  • Strong communication, written and verbal, is essential in any hiring process. If you're struggling to speak, read, or write clearly, this may impact your results and falls outside the scope of our support.
  • The more effort and ownership you bring to this process, the more likely you are to succeed.

4. Revisions and Ongoing Support

  • You may request unlimited CV revisions until you land your next role, provided you follow the structure and format we specify.
  • We’ll happily update, tweak, and adjust—within reason. Abuse of the revision process (e.g., excessive, redundant, or unclear requests) may result in service suspension.
  • We do not offer reworks for changes outside the original brief, such as post-job-offer updates. These require a new service to be purchased.

5. Complaints and Disputes

  • Clients may contact help@professionalpyramid.com to raise any concerns.
  • We aim to resolve complaints professionally and internally.
  • Disputes are extremely rare, but if unresolved, UAE law and Duqe Freezone jurisdiction will apply.

6. Business Hours and Response Times

  • Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Gulf Standard Time.
  • We typically respond within 24 hours. During peak periods or for complex queries, a slightly longer response time may apply but you’ll never be ignored.

7. Our Services

  • Full descriptions of what’s included in each service are listed on our website. Please read them thoroughly before purchasing.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity or overall workload. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you informed.
  • Once we deliver your CV or LinkedIn profile, it's yours to use—but that doesn’t mean it's finished evolving. We offer structured support to help refine it if needed.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All services must be paid for via our website using a secure online checkout.
  • Subscription-based services are billed automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel or downgrade at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Non-payment or chargebacks are considered breaches of these terms and may result in account termination.

9. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • We respect your privacy. All data you provide is stored securely and used strictly to deliver your services.
  • We do not share your information with third parties unless legally required or explicitly authorized by you.
  • You may request to have your data deleted by emailing help@professionalpyramid.com, unless legal obligations prevent us from doing so.

10. Your Responsibilities

  • This is a partnership. We expect you to engage, respond promptly, provide clear and accurate information, and follow the guidance we provide.
  • We cannot work with incorrect, outdated, or misleading information. If you submit the wrong details, the quality and accuracy of your documents will be impacted.
  • We are here to empower you but we can’t control what you do with the materials we provide. Your outcome depends on how well you execute your side of the process.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables created by us (CVs, profiles, strategies) become your property upon delivery.
  • You may use and modify these materials for personal job applications only.
  • Reproducing, reselling, or distributing our content for commercial purposes or third-party benefit is prohibited.

12. Customer Conduct and Defamation

  • All communication must be respectful and professional. We do not tolerate rude language, threats, or unprofessional behavior.
  • Clients who behave aggressively or disrespectfully toward our staff may have their services terminated without refund.
  • Clients may not post false, defamatory, or misleading claims about our company or services. Legal action may be taken under UAE defamation law where this occurs.

13. The Private Network (Subscription Service)

  • Access is typically granted within 24 hours of payment but may be subject to approval or technical delays.
  • This is a monthly rolling subscription. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from the Private Network. Value depends on your engagement, your profile, and your readiness for the market.
  • Upon joining, members receive an email outlining the group rules. These rules must be followed without exception.
  • We reserve the right to remove any member from the group at any time, with or without cause.
  • You are not permitted to share Private Network content externally or introduce external content into the group.
  • All Private Network content is original and protected. Redistribution or reuse without permission is prohibited.
  • No partial or pro-rated refunds will be offered for cancelled memberships.

14. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate your access to services at any time if:

  • You violate the terms outlined here
  • You abuse support, revision, or subscription systems
  • You behave in a way that is threatening, disruptive, or harmful to our team or business
  • You initiate a chargeback or dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly

15. Chargebacks

  • All payments are made in advance, and all services are delivered digitally. Initiating a chargeback is considered a breach of this agreement.
  • We reserve the right to deny future services and pursue recovery for financial losses caused by chargebacks.

16. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Duqe Freezone shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

17. Updates to These Terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website.
  • Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

18. Submission of Information

  • You must submit the required information for your service within 30 days of purchase. If not received, we will proceed with whatever you have provided.
  • If your submission is incomplete, we’ll do our best but the final result is only as strong as the input you give us.
  • Any edits or changes requested after delivery that fall outside the original scope may require a new service to be purchased.
