AstroLabs is the Gulfâs leading business expansion platform, helping high-growth companies establish and grow in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. We provide end-to-end solutions including business setup, entity management, compliance, and ongoing operational support. As we continue to scale, we are hiring an Operations Account Manager to lead the delivery of HR, PRO, and GRO services for our clients in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in our Riyadh coworking space and includes managing regulatory compliance, license renewals, Saudization, and more. This is a leadership-track role designed for professionals eager to grow and play a critical role in shaping the future of business expansion in the Gulf.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and execute HR, GRO, and PRO services, including license renewals, work permits, Saudization, payroll, and compliance with governmental regulations.
- Master and regularly use governmental portals (QIWA, GOSI, Mudad, MISA, MC, etc.) to ensure regulatory compliance and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities and external partners to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Ensure all client data and documentation is accurately captured and maintained in internal systems.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and service quality, proactively implementing new service offerings.
- Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their HR, GRO, and PRO needs are met with excellence.
- Provide proactive advisory support, helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and optimize their operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Manage end-to-end client engagement, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring satisfaction and gathering testimonials and referrals.
- Handle escalations from junior team members, offering guidance and coaching to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Drive client retention and renewals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and continued business growth.
- Take on mentorship and coaching responsibilities, supporting junior team members in developing their expertise.
- Lead by example, demonstrating strong operational execution, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Participate in structured leadership development initiatives, equipping you with the skills to step into a senior management role.
- Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement new services and process improvements to enhance the value AstroLabs provides to clients.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring AstroLabs remains at the forefront of HR, GRO, and PRO services.
- Represent AstroLabs at industry events, workshops, and networking sessions, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
Experience & skills
- An ambitious profession who wants to grow into a management role.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Customer Success in a KPI-driven environment in Saudi Arabia.
- Background in HR, GRO, PRO, Company Setup, or Corporate Services is highly desirable.
- Fully fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage client accounts independently, with a solutions-driven mindset.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with exceptional organizational and task management skills.
- Skilled at data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive improvements.
- A natural people person, with a passion for mentoring, coaching and supporting team development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
