Job description
The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations across Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner in Kuwait. The role entails enforcing HR policies, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and addressing employee inquiries and issues. The position supports full-cycle HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training coordination, and performance management. Additionally, the role contributes to regional HR strategy alignment and supports audit readiness through rigorous documentation and compliance monitoring.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily HR operations in Saudi Arabia
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Administer employee benefits including insurance and leave
- Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams to resolve issues
- Support recruitment including job postings, screening, and interviewing
- Manage onboarding process for new hires
- Resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues
- Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the HR-BP in Kuwait
- Identify training needs and coordinate with external providers
- Support employee development and performance management
- Conduct audits of HR processes for compliance
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external HR audits
- Collaborate with the Kuwait HR team to align HR strategies
- Communicate with employees to address HR-related concerns
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
