As a Direct Sales Executive at Odoo Dubai, you will act as the face of the company, engaging with small to medium-sized businesses across industries. The role involves actively pursuing new sales opportunities, managing the complete sales cycleâfrom prospecting to closingâand building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for promoting Odooâs suite of business applications to help clients streamline their operations. Your day-to-day will include outreach, conducting meetings, demoing the product, attending business events, and coordinating with internal marketing and product teams to maximize customer satisfaction and growth. Key responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B customers for Odooâs SaaS business solutions
- Manage and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships by building trust and understanding their business needs
- Provide tailored solutions to clients by demonstrating how Odooâs tools can improve their operations
- Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and build professional connections
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer support to ensure client success and retention
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and deal progress in CRM systems
- Contribute to revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Stay up to date with Odooâs product offerings, new features, and industry trends
- Deliver presentations and demos to business decision-makers to showcase the value of Odoo solutions
Experience & skills
- 1â5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or tech sectors
- Proven track record in managing and closing the full sales cycle independently
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly understand client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Comfort with networking and initiating cold or warm outreach
- Experience working with CRM systems for tracking sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
- A passion for consultative sales and delivering value-driven solutions
- Willingness to attend events and trade shows as a brand ambassador for Odoo
