Job description
Aonâs Talent Solutions Consulting is a leading HR consulting firm specializing in rewards, talent assessment, and performance analytics. The role of Senior Consultant involves diagnosing client issues and designing actionable solutions across rewards and talent advisory areas. The ideal candidate will apply structured thinking, data insights, and transformation strategies to deliver business outcomes for clients. They will also build internal and external networks to better serve client needs.

Key responsibilities
- Client/Relationship Management: Fosters long-term mutually beneficial relationships between client organizations and Aon. Is seen as a trusted advisor to mid-level client touchpoints. Is able to fulfill client requests in a timely manner and can coordinate with other internal stakeholders to provide an end-to-end solution for client problems.
- Project Delivery: Works on projects of mid to large complexity as a team member. Focuses on delivering client value on time with minimal re-work. Strives to exceed client expectations in terms of quality of output.
- Project Management: Manages projects of small to mid-complexity. Coordinates with team members to plan and execute project delivery. Ensures project is delivered on time.
- Thought Leadership: To contribute to thought leadership in the industry vertical with timely articles, white papers, roundtables, and client events. The incumbent will contribute to this through content development, research, marketing events, and other such activities.
- Business Development: Focuses on client sales opportunities across hunting and farming. Understands client requirements, is able to explain to the client the solutions being proposed, and customizes based on feedback.
Experience & skills
- Strong consulting experience across Compensation & Rewards Benchmarking, C&B/Incentive Design, Job Evaluation, Organization Design & Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Performance Management System Design, Competency Framework Design projects.
- Experience in Compensation and Total Rewards Strategy Design, Variable Pay & Incentive Design (Long Term/Short Term Incentive), Executive Compensation strategy and design, Sales Compensation, Career and Job Architecture Design, Job Evaluation and Grading.
- Experience in Organizational Transformation & Structuring, Strategic Workforce Planning, Human Capital Strategy Articulation, Talent & Digital Transformation, Leadership Development, Performance Management Design, Scorecard Design, Competency Design, HR Effectiveness and Workforce Resilience.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and on a team across multiple projects.
- Independent, proactive with solution thinking & design.
- Interest in macroeconomics, statistics, finance, and mathematics.
- Sharp analytical skills.
