Job description
Home Box, Landmark Group's furniture and furnishings concept with more than 50 stores across the UAE, KSA, Bahrain and Qatar, runs this Manager - E-Commerce role to own category management and drive stronger commercial performance across the online business. Online competition for furniture gets studied daily, weekly and monthly here, feeding directly into pricing decisions, item recommendations and corrective actions based on what the market is actually doing. You'll plan promotions and events for e-commerce sales, forecast products and quantities to keep inventory and stock availability aligned, and work closely with Buyers on range representation and e-commerce exclusive products. Listing coverage matters a lot too, keeping 95% of all livestock listed on the portal at any given time and circulating weekly counts of active items against active stock by department. Store promotions get recommended in consultation with Buyers, Retail Ops and Marketing, with communications developed and designed within timeline and events tailored to brand, product category and season. Market research runs alongside all of this, studying customer profiles, buying patterns and media campaign effectiveness in coordination with the digital marketing team, while tracking competition websites for corrective action. MIS reporting covers weekly category numbers like top sellers, ageing analysis and e-com exclusive sharing, alongside operational reports on NPS, customer complaints and product feedback. Sales budgets get reviewed regularly, with recommendations put forward to management wherever they're needed to keep the business on track.
