Job description
The Marketing Director at haus & haus will lead one of Dubaiâs most dynamic in-house marketing teams, overseeing brand, digital, content, and agent-level marketing functions across Sales, Leasing, Off-Plan, and Property Management divisions. This hands-on leadership role is designed for an energetic and results-driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has the ability to connect marketing strategy directly to commercial outcomes. The incumbent will manage a team of over 30 professionals, building systems, processes, and tools that empower agents to market themselves and their listings effectively while ensuring all campaigns deliver measurable impact. The Director will partner closely with Sales and CRM/Data teams to align marketing activity with business performance goals, oversee creative output across digital and content channels, and drive consistent brand representation and ROI across all touchpoints. The role requires strong expertise in digital performance marketing, analytics, and CRM-driven campaigns, along with exceptional leadership and organizational skills to maintain speed, quality, and innovation across the marketing function. The successful candidate will lead by exampleâcultivating a culture of collaboration, energy, and accountabilityâand will play a pivotal role in shaping the ongoing evolution of one of Dubaiâs leading real estate brands.

Key responsibilities
- Lead all marketing operations across the haus & haus Group, managing workflows, performance, and delivery efficiency across multiple divisions.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business objectives in Sales, Leasing, Off-Plan, and Property Management.
- Collaborate with Sales and CRM/Data teams to ensure marketing activity directly supports lead generation and revenue goals.
- Oversee the development of scalable systems, templates, and tools that enable agents to market properties effectively.
- Supervise digital, creative, and content outputs to maintain brand consistency and ensure measurable ROI from all campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 30+ marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and innovation.
- Analyse campaign and performance data to produce actionable insights, optimise marketing spend, and report on ROI.
- Build and refine workflows and processes to enhance productivity, reduce turnaround times, and support scalable growth.
- Ensure collaboration and alignment across departments, connecting creative initiatives with tangible commercial results.
- Maintain a high-energy, results-oriented environment that drives innovation and supports the companyâs ambitious growth objectives.
Experience & skills
- 5â10 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years leading large in-house marketing teams.
- Proven success driving marketing performance in fast-paced, high-growth, sales-driven organizations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital channels, including paid media, SEO, social, and CRM integration.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking ROI and leveraging data for strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with experience influencing across departments and senior leadership.
- Experience managing creative and content production for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- High level of energy, resilience, and ability to thrive in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
- Experience in real estate marketing or other performance-focused industries is a strong advantage.
