Job description
The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives for BEEAH’s Facility Management and Waste Management division, driving client acquisition and revenue expansion. The role involves market research, lead generation, client engagement, and development of sales strategies tailored to the FM sector. The successful candidate will negotiate and close contracts, represent the company at industry events, and ensure seamless collaboration with operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify FM trends, client needs, and competitors
- Develop lead generation strategies including networking, cold calling, and digital outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches outlining service offerings and value
- Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute sales strategies
- Negotiate deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Coordinate with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics with recommendations
- Represent BEEAH at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in FM or related industries
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong knowledge of facility management services and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- High motivation with results-oriented and client-focused approach
