Job description
The Sales Management Senior Lead Specialist is a senior-level position responsible for managing strategic client accounts, identifying high-value business opportunities, and shaping sales strategies based on competitive market intelligence. Based in Riyadh, the role includes overseeing sales pipelines, leading proposal and negotiation processes, and representing the organization in high-level forums and events. The position also ensures alignment with company policies and compliance frameworks while promoting internal efficiency and continuous improvement. This role requires a bilingual communicator with strong analytical, strategic, and client engagement capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account management plans for strategic clients, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead the identification and pursuit of high-impact sales opportunities.
- Drive the development of the sales pipeline and oversee proposal creation and contract negotiations.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, investor forums, and industry events.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform data-driven sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate and timely department reports in line with organizational standards.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction through responsive service.
- Promote adherence to policies and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and represent the company positively.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterās degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
