Job description
Decisions in DevCo Operations need to be taken by the right authority, recorded and followed through, and this Assistant Manager in Standards & Enablement makes sure they are. Based in Riyadh within the Technical Project Management Office of The Red Sea Development Company, a Red Sea Global subsidiary, the role acts as custodian of the governance framework, operating model and governance architecture. Delegation of Authority, policies, procedures, charters and Terms of Reference are developed and reviewed under your coordination. Governance forums rely on you for secretariat service, from papers to formal minutes. Registers of decisions and actions track accountable owners and due dates. Internal Audit, External Audit and Group risk, quality and compliance functions all coordinate through this single point, as do stage-gate assurance reviews. Maturity reporting and feedback on how well the Delegation of Authority works in practice round out the role. Expect to bring 7 to 10 years of experience, at least 4 of them in corporate governance, committee secretariat, assurance, audit, risk and compliance or PMO governance, with excellent minute writing, fluent English and Arabic as an advantage.
