The Specialty Outlet Manager at Turtle Bay Bar and Grill within Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is responsible for managing the daily operations and long-term operational planning of a specialty Food & Beverage outlet within a luxury hospitality environment. The role oversees both front of house operations and back of house operations to ensure efficient restaurant operations management, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to established food and beverage service standards. The position focuses on delivering high-quality food and beverage operations with prompt, accurate, and personalized service while achieving customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding financial and operational performance goals. The manager is responsible for staff scheduling based on forecasted business levels and established staffing guides to ensure adequate manpower coverage for all service periods. The role includes conducting staff training programs aligned with departmental SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery, as well as performing performance evaluation processes to support employee development and internal promotions. Operational responsibilities include managing outlet readiness by ensuring the timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and designated opening hours while maintaining strict restaurant cleanliness standards and facility maintenance standards throughout the outlet and related service areas. The manager also supervises guest arrival procedures including guest seating management and coordination with host staff to ensure smooth guest flow. The role involves establishing and maintaining guest relationship management practices by building professional relationships with patrons and maintaining an updated guest database management system of regular customers to support personalized service and loyalty engagement. Additional responsibilities include overseeing restaurant promotions and participating actively in promotional initiatives to increase outlet visibility and revenue performance. The role requires strong knowledge of hotel operations knowledge and operational supervision across restaurant environments. Candidates must possess computer literacy and maintain an excellent command of written and spoken English language communication. Prior experience within the Middle East hospitality market is considered advantageous for understanding regional service expectations and operational practices.

- Coordinate and participate in restaurant promotions and marketing activities to support outlet visibility, guest engagement, and revenue growth.
Experience & skills
- Obtain a college or university degree relevant to hospitality, restaurant management, or food and beverage operations.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within food and beverage operations or restaurant operations management.
- Possess strong knowledge of hotel operations knowledge and food and beverage service standards within hospitality environments.
- Maintain capability in staff scheduling, staff training, and performance evaluation processes for restaurant service teams.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy for operational coordination and guest database management.
- Possess strong command of written and spoken English language communication for guest interaction and operational management.
- Show familiarity with restaurant cleanliness standards, facility maintenance standards, and SOP-based hospitality service delivery.
- Prefer previous experience working within the Middle East hospitality market.
