This position requires a strategic mindset, high autonomy, strong diplomacy, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while connecting institutional influence to tangible business outcomes. Additionally, the role demands proactive identification of public-private collaboration opportunities, alignment of internal departments with external stakeholders, and support in implementing co-branded initiatives, cultural programs, and innovation partnerships, ultimately strengthening Fever’s presence and influence across the regional cultural and entertainment landscape.
