The role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution including preliminary site studies, design coordination with landscape architects, tender and estimate preparation, authority approvals (ADM, TAMM, ADDC), cashflow management, procurement, logistics, and construction supervision. The manager is responsible for ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met, developing management plans, maintaining health and safety procedures, and ensuring tools and equipment are operational. The position also requires strong communication skills, including fluency in English and Arabic, and coordination with third-party consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. The role demands initiative, autonomy, and a commitment to delivering high-end landscaping and construction finishes.
