Job description
The Account Manager for Manpower Services oversees the full operational and commercial performance of assigned outsourcing contracts. The role manages day-to-day service delivery across onboarding, training, mobilisation, deployment readiness, active duty and off-hire cycles. It involves direct oversight of payroll and billing accuracy, workforce welfare, HSE standards, SOP compliance, client relationship management, operational excellence and the pursuit of organic growth opportunities. The Account Manager ensures contractual KPIs and SLAs are met, drives efficiency improvements, and identifies automation or cost-saving initiatives across manpower operations.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and performance of assigned manpower outsourcing contracts
- Oversee service delivery, ensuring timely mobilisation, deployment and off-hire management
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and communication
- Monitor and drive contract profitability and identify opportunities for organic growth
- Ensure accurate billing, payroll and workforce records
- Resolve employee issues including salary discrepancies, emergency leave and welfare matters
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all operational phases
- Implement and enforce workflow processes and SOPs across the reporting team
- Identify repetitive manual tasks for automation and process improvement
- Manage staff mobilisation timelines aligned with client requirements
- Drive operational excellence and high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with HR, recruitment, finance and HSE departments
- Proactively manage workforce reallocations and staffing levels
Experience & skills
- 3ā4 years of experience in a manpower outsourcing or large-scale workforce environment
- Strong understanding of manpower operations including mobilisation, recruitment, HR, sales, and financial planning
- Excellent commercial awareness with ability to lead sales initiatives
- Strong computer skills and reporting capabilities
- UAE driverās license
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage complex service operations and deliver managed solutions
