Job description
As the Senior Manager â Strategic Workforce Planning at NEOM, you will drive the long-term workforce strategy to align talent capacity with the ambitious growth of this future-focused city. This role demands deep expertise in workforce analytics, scenario modeling, and change enablement, ensuring NEOMâs workforce is agile, productive, and aligned to its transformational goals. Youâll collaborate across sectors to embed data-driven, future-ready talent planning capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives to maximize workforce ROI and organizational productivity
- Design and implement demand/supply workforce models to guide decision-making
- Develop enterprise-wide workforce KPIs and planning frameworks
- Advise senior stakeholders on workforce strategy, staffing models, and analytics
- Support HR systems integration and ensure data accuracy and governance
- Champion agile and sustainable workforce planning practices across business units
- Lead transformation projects to improve workforce capabilities and forecasting accuracy
- Use predictive analytics and market trends to inform future planning
- Conduct internal and external workforce benchmarking
- Present complex data and insights to executive leadership and operational teams
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years in strategic workforce planning and workforce analytics
- Expert knowledge of workforce planning methodologies and systems
- Advanced analytical tools proficiency: Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python or R
- Experience with HRIS/workforce systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
- Track record of implementing workforce strategies in large organizations
- Excellent presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelorâs degree required; Masterâs preferred in relevant field
- Certifications in HR, analytics, or project management preferred
