Job description

Engagements in this Deployment Strategist role run focused and time-bound, typically 12 weeks or less, spanning a single strategic account or multiple customers at once across Saudi Arabia. You work as part of a delivery team alongside Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that go live and generate real value. Full lifecycle ownership runs across the complete value chain from Identify through Commit, Deploy and Consume, with outcomes owned at every stage rather than just discovery or deal closure. The customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap get defined here, through design workshops, agent design sessions and jobs-to-be-done analysis, architecting solutions across Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud and enterprise systems. Engagement delivery gets managed end to end, covering timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation and progress reporting. Adoption, consumption and expansion metrics fall within this role's scope, with blockers identified early and strategies developed to drive measurable value realisation. Forward Deployed Engineers get partnered with closely to align strategy with technical execution and keep delivery on track. Senior customer stakeholders build trust through this role as the primary customer-facing contact, with proposals and outcomes presented in terms of business value rather than technical detail. Field insights get synthesised into actionable product feedback that influences Salesforce's Agentic AI platform roadmap.
