Job description
The Acquisition Unit under Priority Banking focuses on growing the liability business of Emirates NBD by targeting both new and existing clients in the UAE. The unit is tasked with developing and managing fixed deposits and CASA accounts, offering payroll propositions for corporate clients, and driving cross-selling of retail banking products. The role requires a focus on high-net-worth individuals in the Priority Banking segment and involves creating integrated sales models with an emphasis on consistent acquisition, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Develop the market share of all Retail banking products and focus on HNW client for PRB segments.
- Responsible for ensuring sales result for Fixed Deposit, CASA balances and CASA accounts from Salaried & Non-salaried.
- Maintain consistency on business acquisition and % of approval rates from acquired business sources.
- Comply with the approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organizations & customers interest.
- Work out adoptable sales strategies jointly with branches based on the location.
- Focused and segmented approach on Business sourcing.
- Accountable for regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels by ensuring that client expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Achieve given targets and provide new and existing customers high standards of customer service.
- Provide professional and expert advice on products & services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business opportunities are realized.
Experience & skills
- Graduate / High school + 6 years’ experience or MBA / BBA.
- Experience in Banking / Retail Sales.
- Experience in GCC and UAE markets.
- Strong selling and marketing skills.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems.
- Interpersonal and team skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, focused, and enthusiastic.
