Job description
The successful candidate will manage the delivery of brand and tactical campaigns across all paid, owned, and earned channels for multiple markets of varying size and complexity. They will ensure campaigns are executed in accordance with brand guidelines, manage relationships with multiple agencies, and oversee campaign execution across defined markets while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

Key responsibilities
- Manage the development and execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance within budget.
- Lead a team of specialists to deliver brand and tactical campaigns across group businesses, owning campaign execution for higher-value markets.
- Translate internal marketing briefs for creative and PR agencies and oversee campaign responses for Brand Marketing Program Delivery Team approval.
- Oversee agencies during campaign implementation to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with agreed briefs.
- Develop strong relationships with media, creative, and PR agencies while ensuring adherence to Emirates brand guidelines.
- Provide feedback to media and PR teams on agency performance and collaborate with internal teams for data-driven campaign insights.
- Ensure brand promise and customer experience are represented across all campaign touchpoints in defined markets.
- Leverage strategic planner insights to embed customer-centricity in campaign planning and execution.
- Determine budgetary requirements, monitor utilization, and recommend optimizations to avoid overspend or underspend.
- Coach and develop Marketing Operations Specialists, ensuring alignment with objectives and operating models.
- Create consistency across regional teams by raising issues, standardizing processes, and sharing learnings.
- Report campaign learnings and insights to Manager Marketing Operations and team forums.
Experience & skills
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management within an international marketing agency or communications department of an international organisation.
- Experience developing marketing briefs, planning and implementing annual budgets and activity plans, and producing international marketing campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of marketing production processes and international media planning.
- Experience in a leadership role.
