Job description
The Senior Product Development Manager will lead the design, development, and launch of innovative AI-driven and telecom-related products to complement existing core services and unlock new revenue streams. The role involves identifying and conceptualizing new product opportunities, defining the roadmap, and managing the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure high-quality, customer-centric solutions that meet KPIs such as revenue growth, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and conceptualize new AI product opportunities integrated with core mobile services.
- Productize new and existing APIs for differentiated offerings.
- Define product roadmap aligned with company strategy and market needs.
- Manage idea-to-market lifecycle: concept, design, business case, development, testing, launch, and scaling.
- Develop business use cases and detailed requirements covering customer journeys.
- Guide concept feasibility and architecture prior to IT engagement.
- Maintain knowledge of telecom and AI industry trends.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including technology, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.
- Foster innovation, agility, and customer-centricity within product development.
- Ensure delivery of products that meet KPIs such as revenue growth and adoption.
- Oversee go-to-market strategy, launch plans, and post-launch enhancements.
- Apply Agile methodologies to product development processes.
- Manage RFP/RFI/RFQ processes with IT for vendor selection.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate trends.
- Translate customer needs into product requirements and user stories.
- Leverage AI-driven insights and data analytics to optimize product performance.
- Compile and analyze performance data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
- Monitor and report on product launch performance, identifying bottlenecks and corrective actions.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–10 years of experience in product management, product development, or product architecture.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Practical experience in AI/Data (ML, LLM, CVM, RPA) for product development.
- Hands-on expertise in API monetization.
- Knowledge of core voice and data mobile solutions.
- Experience with 5G, IoT, and M2M services preferred.
- Strong background in systems architecture and network automation.
- Applied experience in preparing business cases, requirements, and product strategies.
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL).
