The Senior Relationship Officer ā Injaz (RBG - CC_Balance Builder) plays a pivotal role within Mashreq Bankās Retail Banking Group, responsible for achieving aggressive monthly sales targets through focused telesales and relationship management activities. This position is tasked with developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and maximize cross-sell opportunities across retail banking products. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills to motivate the telesales team, monitor performance, and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate combines a proven sales mindset with a data-driven approach to performance management and customer retention.

Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team-based monthly sales targets across retail banking products and services
- Lead telesales campaigns to generate new business and expand existing customer relationships
- Develop and implement telesales strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and evaluate team performance against key productivity and efficiency metrics
- Ensure adherence to service standards, maintaining high-quality customer interactions
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the retail banking portfolio
- Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to team members to optimize performance
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Prepare and maintain accurate performance reports for management review
- Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of telesales processes and systems to enhance efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
- 1ā2 years of experience in retail banking sales, telesales, or relationship management
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets
- Strong leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Sound understanding of marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
