Job description
Riyad Bank is seeking a Universal Banker based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, responsible for supporting the achievement of branch sales goals while handling customer financial transactions and delivering banking services. The role contributes directly to retail banking operations by promoting bank sales objectives, executing sales plans for new and existing customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations. The Universal Banker follows all departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures while managing customer transactions, addressing service needs, and maintaining compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations. The position involves building and maintaining customer relationships to support sales and revenue targets, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within branch processes and practices, and preparing timely and accurate reports in line with company and departmental requirements to support operational efficiency and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities
- Handle customer financial transactions accurately while addressing customer service and account servicing requirements
- Follow all departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with branch customers to implement sales plans and support customer retention
