Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager β Procurement to support its mission of developing a world-class entertainment, sports, and cultural destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for aligning procurement practices with organizational strategy, driving operational efficiency, and delivering maximum value across large-scale development projects. The Manager β Procurement leads the full procurement lifecycle including sourcing, negotiation, contract execution, and supplier performance management, while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and legal requirements. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs, conducts market research to identify new sourcing opportunities, manages procurement budgets and forecasts, prepares analytical reports for senior leadership, and mentors procurement team members to foster a high-performance and innovation-driven procurement function.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational and project objectives
- Lead the end-to-end procurement cycle including sourcing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and plan procurement requirements
- Build, manage, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and performance standards are met
- Conduct market research to identify, evaluate, and implement new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements
- Manage procurement budgets, cost controls, and forecasting activities
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations on procurement performance and trends for senior management
- Mentor, guide, and develop procurement team members to promote excellence and innovation
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing with exposure to large-scale projects
- Demonstrate strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management capabilities
- Exhibit experience in contract negotiation and supplier performance management processes
- Maintain proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate leadership experience with the ability to develop and inspire team members
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
