Job description
Senior Analyst – M&A and Financial Modelling role within Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Vantage, part of the Transactions & Integrations (TI) practice under Corporate Finance and Strategy (CFS) in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering value to clients through expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, post-merger integration (PMI), carve-outs, divestitures, joint ventures, IPOs, and spinoffs. The position involves working with global case teams to build detailed financial models, business plans, and investment cases while contributing analytical insights to client engagements, proposals, and workshops. The Senior Analyst supports commercialization efforts by contributing to marketing materials, client workshops, and development of intellectual property, tools, and data assets used across the practice. The role requires collaboration with consulting teams across global markets, participation in agile working environments, and occasional travel to client sites. The position is part of a global Transactions & Integrations network supporting over 7,000 transactions with significant market value, focusing on end-to-end transaction excellence and value creation. Responsibilities include developing financial models, supporting M&A buy-side and sell-side processes, analyzing corporate finance transactions, and assisting in the creation and deployment of analytical tools and frameworks. The role also involves onboarding and training junior colleagues, supporting knowledge development initiatives, and contributing to BCG’s proprietary insights and assets within a fast-paced, ambiguous, and highly analytical consulting environment.
