Job description

The Senior Director – Development (Theme Parks) at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of theme park development projects, from initial concept through to execution. This strategic role involves managing innovative and large-scale entertainment experiences that align with Qiddiya's mission to redefine leisure and tourism in Saudi Arabia. The director will lead cross-functional collaboration with designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure high-quality delivery of theme park attractions and facilities. Responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, managing project budgets and schedules, and ensuring all developments meet safety regulations and environmental standards. The role also entails building partnerships with global industry experts and suppliers, providing updates to senior leadership, and fostering a team culture focused on creativity, excellence, and guest experience innovation. A deep understanding of global theme park trends and a passion for creating world-class entertainment experiences are essential. This position is based in Riyadh and requires 12–15 years of experience in theme park or related development sectors, along with a technical or managerial degree.
