Job description
Industrial control system networks have to be reliable, secure and built to standard, and this position configures and commissions the ICS network hardware that Air Products relies on at its Duba project. New and enhanced technology is implemented in line with Air Products' global standards for wireless, LAN and SD-WAN connectivity, along with project-specific requirements. High-level designs come from Enterprise Security, Architects and Network Engineering, and your job is to deploy services that match them. Wide area network technologies are troubleshot and commissioned with external service providers. Cyber SAT, Integrated SAT and last planner exercises are part of the project rhythm. Problem escalations need network support, and service level commitments apply to both incidents and deployments. Day-to-day tools include CLIs, vendor portals, Wireshark and Visio, with scripting in PowerShell, Python and Linux. Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IP address management is expected, alongside a basic grasp of ITIL lifecycle processes. Industry certifications or 5 years of network engineering experience are required, as is physical access to Air Products locations in KSA.
