Key responsibilities

• Contribute to strategy development for bids and active offshore projects
• Maintain ownership of hook-up schedule and execution plans
• Lead and support discipline Lead Hook-up Engineers onshore and offshore
• Resolve engineering, construction, and technical issues
• Prepare detailed execution plans, method statements, and close-out reports
• Coordinate with internal departments and external specialists/vendors
• Plan and approve personnel, vessels, equipment, and material requirements
• Monitor offshore progress to ensure alignment with schedule
• Oversee QA/QC, NDT inspections, and safety compliance
• Prepare customs clearance documentation and as-built progress reports
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
