Job description
The B2B Sales Specialist role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates within the e-commerce industry at LikeCard. The position focuses on supporting the growth of B2B partnerships and revenue generation within the Saudi market by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new B2B clients. The role involves presenting and promoting LikeCardās e-commerce products and services to potential and existing corporate customers, achieving assigned sales targets, and contributing directly to overall revenue goals. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, maintaining accurate sales activity records and pipelines within CRM systems, and providing regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management. The role requires monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities, supporting account management activities, and assisting with upselling and cross-selling initiatives. The B2B Sales Specialist coordinates closely with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth client onboarding, satisfaction, and long-term relationship development. The position is full time and suited to professionals with early-career experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within e-commerce, digital, or technology-driven industries.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and B2B partners.
- Present and promote LikeCardās products and services to prospective and existing B2B customers.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and commercial contracts.

- Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipelines, and client data within CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Support account management activities and assist with upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management as required.
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Have 2ā4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within e-commerce, digital, or technology-driven industries.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a strong understanding of the Saudi market and the B2B sales environment.
- Be familiar with CRM tools, sales pipeline tracking, and sales reporting.
- Be fluent in English, with Arabic considered a strong advantage.
