Job description
CAFU is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Acquisition Manager on a 1-year contract to accelerate its B2B2C growth through high-value embedded partnerships. The successful candidate will lead the identification, negotiation, and onboarding of strategic partners including banks, telcos, fintechs, and automotive institutions. This role is pivotal in embedding CAFUās convenience-driven services across external platforms to enhance customer acquisition and unlock scalable growth channels. With a strong focus on execution, the manager will drive revenue through commercial partnerships, develop tailored GTM strategies, and work cross-functionally to embed and scale CAFU services in digital ecosystems. This role requires exceptional commercial acumen, stakeholder influence, and ownership of revenue metrics.

Key responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close embedded partnerships across banking, telco, fintech, and automotive verticals.
- Develop custom value propositions and joint go-to-market plans tailored to partner needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms including revenue share models, bundling options, and SLAs.
- Manage a robust partner pipeline and prioritize opportunities with access to high-intent users.
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Ops to integrate CAFU services into partner platforms.
- Track and optimize key go-to-market metrics such as litres delivered and partner conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers to ensure activation, retention, and upsell performance.
- Pilot strategic programs including loyalty integrations and premium bundling (e.g., Drive+).
Experience & skills
- 10+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, telco, automotive, or PaaS.
- Proven track record in acquiring and scaling channel partnerships with aggregated customer access.
- Strong negotiation and commercial deal-making skills.
- Experience with embedded service models or marketplace integrations is a strong advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, cross-functional environment with full ownership of revenue KPIs.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on CAC, ARPU, and ROI from partner-acquired customers.
