Job description
This role involves leading the marketing department for Mobility Solutions within Al-Futtaim Private Company LLC, overseeing the development and execution of marketing and digital strategies across new units, used vehicles, and aftersales in alignment with Mobility Solutions standards and brand positioning of 'Experience Amazing'. The position requires defining and implementing annual marketing plans within budget to achieve volume and profit targets, implementing digital and social media strategies to position the brand as a digital leader in the premium segment, managing client and agency relationships across creative, media, social media, website, and event channels, and ensuring collaboration with sales, aftersales, product planning, Al-Futtaim Automotive Groupās digital, PR, and finance teams. The role includes ownership of marketing budget management with zero overspend, adherence to Al-Futtaim processes, compliance with brand vision and marketing communications standards, and interaction with international divisions such as TMC MENAC and TMC MENARO.

Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and digital strategies for Mobility Solutions units, including new, used vehicles, and aftersales
- Define and implement the annual marketing plan within budget to deliver volume and profit targets
- Implement digital and social media strategies to engage current and future audiences and position Mobility Solutions as a digital leader in premium segment
- Manage client and agency relationships (creative, media, social media, website, event) ensuring execution aligns with 'Experience Amazing' and luxury lifestyle positioning
- Collaborate with sales, aftersales, product planning, digital, PR, and finance teams to ensure synergies and communication across target achievements
- Own marketing budget management in line with Al-Futtaim processes and procurement requirements
- Coordinate with Mobility Solutions International, TMC MENAC, and TMC MENARO to ensure principal support and brand compliance
- Lead monthly marketing promotional activations linked with pricing and product department
- Implement brand events to reinforce luxury lifestyle and brand positioning
- Lead Mobility Solutions Digital Transformation Task Force across pre, during, and post-purchase phases
- Maximise sales, revenue, and brand power
Experience & skills
- University graduate with Marketing as major
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing communications in the Middle East with understanding of local culture
- Experience in brand management
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
- Strong digital marketing expertise
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial planning for marketing activities
- Experience managing social media, events, and brand activations
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Strategic thinking and capability to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Strong client and stakeholder relationship management
