The role directly leads construction efforts for a high-profile client, ensuring execution in accordance with ADNOC Onshore and project procedures and shareholder expectations, and manages Construction Leaders. Accountabilities span responsibility for construction and contractor-related deliverables; supervision of all areas on small projects and a subset/discipline on larger projects; management and execution of multiple field disciplines or assigned subsets per contract requirements and company operating policies; execution of work to specified quality standards and project requirements; control of project cost and schedule for assigned disciplines; management of installation, commissioning, and completion activities for materials and equipment; coordination of field personnel work schedules to maximize utilization and meet schedule; monitoring work progress and reporting against the plan; defining and communicating safety, quality, and environmental responsibilities; ensuring workers receive appropriate training, Health and Safety and site-specific inductions; and initiating safety, quality, and environmental processes including toolbox meetings, inspections, and the identification, assessment, and control of risks in accordance with Wood and client requirements.
