Job description
The Senior Executive - Recruitment at Dubai Holding Group Services is responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment operations within the shared services Human Capital function. The role encompasses leading recruitment for senior and multiple stakeholders, coordinating candidate evaluations, facilitating interviews, managing offers and negotiations, ensuring high-quality hires with attention to technical skills, cultural fit, and potential, and promoting diversity and inclusion. The position also involves collaborating with sourcing teams to maintain candidate pipelines, implementing process optimizations, managing internal and external recruitment relationships including agencies, universities, and professional networks, tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining compliance with employment and data privacy regulations, and delivering a seamless candidate experience aligned with organizational talent acquisition goals. Proficiency in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and sourcing channels is required, along with experience in Middle East recruitment and knowledge of real estate/community management preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for senior and multiple stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact and providing regular updates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, conducting Behavioral Based Interviews (BBI), and facilitating offers and negotiations
- Ensure high-quality hires by assessing technical skills, cultural fit, and potential, while promoting diversity and inclusion
- Partner with sourcing teams to maintain strong candidate pipelines, provide feedback on sourcing strategies, and ensure timely recruitment decisions
- Identify and implement improvements in recruitment operations to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners to support recruitment objectives
- Track recruitment metrics, maintain data privacy compliance, and provide insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and alignment with organizational policies
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with at least 2 years in a shared services environment
- Experience in the Middle East, with real estate asset/community management recruitment experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS, applicant tracking systems, recruitment technologies, and sourcing channels
- Strong understanding of employment laws, data privacy regulations, and relevant industry trends
- Ability to manage stakeholders, negotiate, assess and evaluate candidates, and report recruitment analytics
- Customer-focused, effective communicator, adaptable, critical thinker, and strong time management skills
- Ability to attract and assess diverse talent while ensuring alignment with organizational values
