The Logistics Coordinator role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for Mace involves supporting daily project logistics for a major Mixed-Use construction programme. The position is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely flow of people, materials, and equipment across site operations. The Logistics Coordinator will implement project logistics plans, coordinate material deliveries, track schedules, and maintain clear communication with contractors and suppliers. The role involves monitoring laydown areas, storage zones, and equipment allocation to optimize resource utilization, as well as assisting in the development of traffic management plans and logistical risk assessments. Compliance with Mace’s health, safety, and environmental standards is required at all times. The role includes maintaining accurate records, logs, and reporting dashboards to support project performance, while providing day-to-day support to the Logistics Manager and wider site delivery team. The position requires experience in construction logistics, material handling, traffic management, and site operations, with a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple operational components. The Logistics Coordinator must work effectively in remote locations, adapt to changing project demands, and foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and team members, all while upholding Mace’s values of safety, integrity, client focus, and creating opportunities for people to excel.
