Job description
The Outcome Customer Engineer – Google Cloud SaaS Delivery (English, Arabic) role in Doha, Qatar, is responsible for driving deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of Google Cloud SaaS solutions for enterprise customers. The position requires executing end-to-end deployment plans, resolving technical blockers, coordinating with customer and partner teams, and ensuring readiness in terms of capacity and training. The engineer will manage technical execution to accelerate license agreement consumption, identify expansion opportunities, and enable customers to realize maximum value from Google Cloud SaaS offerings. The role blends cloud expertise, SaaS solution deployment, customer relationship management, technical project management, and change management to increase adoption, sustain product usage, and drive future revenue growth. Candidates must communicate fluently in English and Arabic and engage directly with technical and executive stakeholders to ensure high-impact delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate a structured, end-to-end deployment plan across customer and partner teams, ensuring full readiness including capacity and training
- Onboard and align implementation teams to the project objectives and milestones
- Resolve technical blockers promptly to accelerate deployment and adoption of SaaS solutions
- Drive and track the progress of initial and ongoing ramp of license agreements, moving customers from agreement to consumption efficiently
- Identify and recommend expansion opportunities for new license agreements during project execution
- Collaborate with product and support teams to remove technical obstacles and optimize customer delivery
- Ensure sustainable product usage to help customers realize ongoing value and secure future contract renewals
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to customer teams, including advising on best practices for cloud-powered business processes
- Facilitate organizational change and adoption strategies to accelerate customer transformation
- Engage directly with technical and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and deployment success
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
- Proficiency in deployment planning, orchestration, and change management
- Experience engaging with, presenting to, and collaborating with technical stakeholders or executive leaders
- Hands-on experience with programming languages, debugging, and systems design
- Fluency in English and Arabic for effective client relationship management
- Preferred experience in Infrastructure Modernization, Application Modernization, Data Management, Data Analytics, Cloud AI, Networking, Migrations, or Security
- Hands-on or theoretical experience with Google Cloud products
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and leveraging technical expertise to remove blockers
- Experience developing or implementing AI agents in enterprise environments
- Proven ability to guide customers through organizational change and prepare them for cloud-powered business processes
