Job description
The PreSales & Inside Sales Team Lead role is a hands-on sales leadership position within a fintech organization based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for driving regional revenue growth by owning inbound lead management, proactive outbound pipeline development, and delivering high-quality presales support. The position combines individual contribution with team leadership, requiring direct involvement in outbound outreach activities, inbound enquiry handling, and presales execution, while simultaneously leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales team. The role ensures prospects receive fast, accurate, and polished engagement throughout their journey into the sales pipeline. Responsibilities span lead generation, client outreach, inbound enquiry qualification, CRM data management, presales demos and presentations, proposal support, sales pipeline tracking, reporting, forecasting, and regional market engagement. The role operates in an in-office environment and collaborates closely with Sales, Product, Technical teams, and senior leadership to improve outreach strategies, presales effectiveness, and regional growth planning, with a strong focus on fintech, SaaS, and digital platform solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and target high-potential clients across the assigned region through structured lead generation activities
- Execute outbound outreach via calls, email, social channels, and networking to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Research priority market segments to identify new opportunities and routes-to-market
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries with accurate product information, pricing guidance, and initial technical clarifications
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to appropriate sales or technical owners
- Maintain clean, complete, and up-to-date CRM records for all leads, enquiries, and presales activities
- Deliver product demonstrations, sales presentations, and solution overviews to prospective clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to address prospect questions and solution requirements
- Support proposal development and creation of presales documentation and materials
- Lead, coach, and develop the inside sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Train team members on product knowledge, engagement best practices, scripts, and presales processes
- Monitor team performance and enforce strong follow-up discipline and pipeline hygiene
- Track leads, enquiries, and presales activity using CRM tools with strong reporting discipline
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering lead quality, conversion rates, and sales activity
- Use performance insights to refine outreach strategies and improve presales effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leadership on sales forecasting and regional growth planning
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs within the region
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and key regional stakeholders
Experience & skills
- 4–7 years of experience in presales, inside sales, or sales support roles
- Fintech industry experience is strongly preferred
- At least 2+ years of experience in tech sales, sales, or customer service within finance, fintech, or crypto environments
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead qualification frameworks, and presales processes
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools with disciplined tracking and reporting
- Experience delivering product demos and presales presentations
- Exposure to SaaS or digital platform sales environments
- Familiarity with regional markets within the Middle East is an advantage
