Job description
Passenger rail, freight, metro and integrated transport programmes are expanding across the UAE, and Mace is building a Dubai team to help deliver them. Risk and opportunity management on those programmes is the focus here, from structured identification and analysis through to treatment and reporting. Frameworks, processes and controls for risk management need applying consistently across assigned projects and programmes. Workshops and stakeholder sessions run through you, so project teams can make informed decisions early. Risk registers, action plans and governance records must stay current, with mitigation measures tracked and reviewed regularly. Reports, dashboards and performance insights highlight trends, exposures and emerging issues for project teams and clients. Quantitative work covers cost and schedule risk assessments, contingency reviews and forecasting, carried out alongside project controls, planning, cost and PMO teams. Carbon emissions and reductions form part of the picture too, in line with the shared net zero carbon goal. Experience on rail, metro, high-speed rail or comparable major infrastructure programmes is essential, together with a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and professional membership or GCC experience would help.
