Job description

You lead a team responsible for accurate booking of financial transactions, treasury execution, payroll and other disbursements across the Group, all in line with commercial obligations, budgetary ownership, internal controls and IFRS. Cash flow planning and forecasting run through the role too, with operating and financing cashflows and bank facility utilization controlled and optimized alongside the CFO to keep liquidity adequate and at the right cost. Fiscal compliance in KSA, covering VAT and Zakat, falls under this remit, along with support to the Group FC and CFO on monthly and statutory reporting, the statutory audit and the annual budget. Bank debt and funding portfolios get actively managed, with KPI performance tracked against covenants and forecasting feeding into the Group's funding strategy and capital structure. Key relationships span the Group's banking partners, statutory auditors, credit insurers and tax advisors. The Accounting team is led and developed under this role, and payroll, business expenses and reward mechanisms get reviewed in support of HR and Group employees.
