Job description
The Business Development Executive (International Education Services) based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence within an international education services environment. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities across target markets, generating leads, converting prospects into clients and partners, and promoting education-related services to students, educational institutions, and partners. The position involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, providing guidance, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing inquiries with timely follow-ups. The role includes partnership development with universities, colleges, and education partners, negotiating agreements, onboarding new partners, and expanding collaboration opportunities. It also requires conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, identifying industry trends, and supporting business strategy and expansion planning. The Business Development Executive coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, assists in organizing seminars, events, and promotional activities, and supports application processes and documentation. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking KPIs, preparing sales performance reports, monitoring pipeline status, and providing insights to management. The position operates within international education markets, focusing on student recruitment and institutional partnerships while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or education consultancy.
- Experience in international education services or student recruitment preferred.
- Strong experience in client relationship management and partnership development.
- Experience using CRM systems for lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Experience organizing events, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Ability to track KPIs and prepare sales performance reports.
- Experience managing education partner agreements and collaborations.
- Understanding of international education markets and student recruitment processes.
