Job description
The Senior Manager – Marketing Services role at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) within the Retail Banking Group is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing integrated marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and maintain consistent brand representation across all branches. The role ensures alignment with ADCB’s overall marketing vision by collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service. Responsibilities include managing digital, social media, email, and traditional media campaigns, overseeing the graphic design unit, ensuring brand consistency, and supervising key marketing projects. The position also manages the marketing budget to maximize ROI, directs campaign, event, and sponsorship initiatives, and monitors campaign performance and metrics through reporting. Additionally, the role includes vendor management, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining creative integrity and quality control. The Senior Manager leads and motivates the marketing team, ensuring adherence to ADCB’s people management policies and processes, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across marketing programs. The role requires maintaining ADCB’s service standards in all customer interactions and ensuring internal policies, procedures, and systems are followed while delivering business objectives. The position supports ADCB’s digital innovation and customer service excellence strategies and plays a critical role in enhancing the bank’s market presence, engagement, and brand impact across the UAE.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives and enhance customer engagement across all branches.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and traditional media, ensuring alignment with ADCB’s brand and marketing vision.
- Supervise the graphic design team to ensure all visual and creative assets adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across channels.
- Manage key marketing projects and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently, and campaigns deliver maximum ROI while adhering to SOPs and timelines.
- Lead campaign, event, and sponsorship initiatives including planning, agency coordination, approvals, production, and media strategy alignment with objectives and budgets.
- Develop and manage digital marketing strategies, including website enhancement, content optimization, social media planning, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through analytics and reporting, delivering updates and insights to the Head of Marketing Services and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, negotiating effectively to maintain quality, cost efficiency, and brand compliance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing team to achieve targets, ensuring adherence to ADCB people management policies and promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal processes, policies, and standards while delivering high levels of service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and customer service to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
- Drive innovation and implement creative marketing solutions that strengthen ADCB’s brand, improve customer engagement, and support business growth objectives.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing role within a reputable organization, preferably in banking or financial services.
- University degree in Business or Marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, brand management, digital marketing, and marketing communications.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams in a professional services environment.
- Excellent project management, planning, analytical, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of customer engagement strategies, marketing analytics, and ROI tracking for campaigns.
