Job description
The role is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple workstreams across Dubai Holding Entertainment, ensuring projects move efficiently from initiation to execution with timely follow-up. The Senior Manager provides strategic and analytical support for CEO-level decision-making through data analysis, issue identification and preparation of high-quality decision documents, presentations and communications that clearly deliver context, insights and recommended actions. The role supports the review of business submissions, manages information flow and ensures analytical rigor and quality control across inputs. It requires maintaining alignment with internal stakeholders, monitoring progress across CEO Office priorities, and applying structured strategic thinking to propose actionable solutions. Operating within Dubaiâs entertainment ecosystemâwhich includes Ain Dubai, Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Coca-Cola Arena, Roxy Cinemas, The Green Planet, and the Arabian Radio Networkâthe role contributes to driving growth and supporting major corporate initiatives. The position demands strong analytical capability, strategic acumen, independent work ethic in fast-paced environments, ability to manage long hours when needed, and the capacity to present insights succinctly to senior leadership.

- Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring timely follow-up from initiation through execution
- Apply strategic and analytical thinking to analyze issues, identify challenges and propose clear action plans
- Prepare data analysis and decision-support documents for CEO-level decision-making
- Develop high-quality presentations and communications conveying context, insights and recommendations
- Review business submissions and manage information flow with analytical rigor and quality control
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to maintain alignment, pace and progress on CEO Office priorities

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorâs degree in business management, accounting, finance or a related field
- Possess 7â9 years of relevant experience working in an investment team of a large corporate or within strategy roles
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and solid business acumen
- Show ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while coping well under pressure
- Be capable of delivering high-quality output under tight deadlines and managing long work hours when required
- Take ownership of tasks and deliverables with strong accountability
- Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to present key findings succinctly to senior stakeholders
