Job description
Every engineering or process change to a High Voltage product ripples through manufacturing, quality, compliance and customer commitments, and this position makes sure those changes land cleanly across a global network of Production Units and Feeder Factories. Change notifications are taken from assessment and Change Review Board (CRB) decisions through communication, deployment and completion. Standard implementation processes, governance structures and documentation need building and maintaining, along with the global LIM setup and organisation. Operations, R&D, Product Management, PLM, Global Master Data, GPS and the HVPLM Core Team all have a stake, so coordinating them is central to the work. Roadmaps, deployment strategies and project plans are yours to drive, with progress reported through agreed KPIs and milestones. Local teams and site leaders need training to adopt new processes and systems for the long term. The role is hybrid and can be based in Dammam, with other location options in Europe. Hands-on experience with PLM systems and SAP, strong operational master data knowledge and a solid grounding in High Voltage Products are essential.
