Job description
Responsible for leading the talent acquisition process for EMKAN Finance at Al Rajhi Bank, ensuring the identification, sourcing, and attraction of highly qualified candidates that align with divisional requirements and job roles. This role encompasses end-to-end management of recruitment processes, including reviewing recruitment requests, defining candidate profiles in collaboration with hiring managers, and executing manpower planning strategies to meet organizational objectives. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing, screening, and pre-interview coordination to job offer preparation and onboarding. The role includes maintaining and operating recruitment tracking databases, generating periodic reports, analyzing recruitment metrics, and providing insights to improve talent acquisition strategies. A critical component involves ensuring compliance with company policies, governance, audit, risk, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all recruitment activities. The specialist serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating interview logistics, communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process, and maintaining a high-quality candidate experience. The role emphasizes adherence to recruitment best practices, continuous process improvement, and effective collaboration with department heads to support the bankās workforce planning and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end sourcing and recruitment activities to attract candidates aligned with divisional requirements and job roles
- Review recruitment requests, job descriptions, and manpower projections to define candidate profiles and initiate recruitment actions
- Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to plan and execute recruitment processes effectively
- Maintain and operate recruitment tracking databases, update records periodically, and generate reports to inform internal stakeholders
- Screen, review, and pre-interview applicants in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring adherence to guidelines and standards
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling, managing logistics, and communicating with candidates and participants
- Prepare job offers, follow through recruitment procedures, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding
- Manage communication with candidates from application submission to onboarding to ensure a seamless experience
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, governance, audit, risk management, and cybersecurity standards
- Monitor and implement best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment quality and efficiency
- Provide analytical insights on recruitment metrics to support workforce planning and organizational growth
- Support internal and external stakeholder coordination, maintaining high service quality and timely responses throughout the hiring process
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or relevant field; Masterās degree preferred
- Proven experience in sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Good command of the English language
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage candidate relationships
