Job description
The Country Manager / Business Development Manager role at Swift Dubai is responsible for driving business growth and expanding Swiftâs presence across Turkiye, the Caucasus, and Central Asia. Swift is the worldâs leading provider of secure financial messaging services, supporting global value movement across borders for more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions in over 200 countries and territories. The role focuses on building and nurturing long-term customer relationships, positioning Swift as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to post-sales follow-up. The position involves representing Swift at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. The role requires accountability for individual and team performance, adherence to company policies, fluency in English and Russian, and flexibility to travel across assigned markets. Candidates must already be residing in Dubai to be considered.

Key responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong long-term customer relationships within assigned markets and accounts, understanding evolving client requirements and positioning Swift as a trusted advisor
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities proactively across Turkiye, Caucasus, and Central Asia markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure and post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to customers
- Maintain accountability for individual and team performance while adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Travel to assigned countries as required to develop business relationships and expand market presence
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success in business development or consultative sales roles, preferably within financial services or technology sectors
- Show experience building and nurturing strong customer relationships
- Demonstrate ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable business opportunities
- Exhibit strong negotiation, presentation, and communication capabilities
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Be fluent in English and Russian
- Be currently residing in Dubai and willing to travel to assigned markets
