Job description
Leads integrity engineering consultancy services across anomaly assessments, inspection planning, pipeline life extension, and advanced Fitness-for-Service (FFS) evaluations. Manages multiple technical projects, owns financial and resource planning, oversees pipeline integrity processes, and leads a team of engineers to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation of client assets.

Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of anomaly assessments, inspection planning, life extension studies and pipeline integrity scopes
- Oversee and execute Fitness-for-Service (FFS) Level 1ā3 assessments including FEA-based evaluations
- Develop and implement pipeline integrity management processes and guidelines
- Manage data collection, review and cleansing to ensure accurate integrity inputs
- Lead and mentor a team of 4ā8 engineers ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Manage client relationships, technical discussions and site support
- Support business development through proposals and client engagement
- Identify new commercial opportunities aligned with integrity service offerings
- Ensure compliance with HSSE and quality standards across all project activities
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree (minimum) or Masterās in Mechanical or related engineering discipline
- Chartered Engineer status preferred
- 10+ years in pipeline integrity engineering with specialist FFS competence
- Strong knowledge of corrosion assessment, anomaly management, inspection planning and life extension
- Familiarity with standards: API 510, API 570, API 653, API 579-1, ASME VIII, ASME B31.3, DNVGL, BS 7910
- Experience with pipeline integrity software (NEXUS IC, ECE) and FEA tools (ANSYS/ABAQUS)
- Ability to manage complex technical scopes and mentor engineering teams
- Experience with fracture mechanics tools including TWI Crackwise or similar
