Job description
Etisalat is hiring a Director of Global Product & Marketing to lead its Global Services business, responsible for strategy, execution, and P&L across a comprehensive portfolio including Global IPVPN, SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity, NaaS, and Managed End-to-End ICT Solutions. This role sets the roadmap for product lifecycle management, innovation, marketing, and business performance across international markets. Reporting to senior leadership, the role combines strategic vision with operational execution and cross-functional leadership to drive growth and digital transformation through cloud-native, network-virtualized solutions.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall business strategy and roadmap for Etisalat Global Services, including transition to Network as a Service (NaaS)
- Own full P&L across a portfolio of Global IPVPN, Internet, SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity, uCPE, and Managed Services
- Drive product development, prioritization, lifecycle management, and continuous innovation based on global market demands
- Lead market segmentation, customer targeting, and GTM planning in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Supervise KPI tracking, forecasting, performance management, and revenue reporting with corrective action planning
- Support large and complex deals with the sales team as an executive escalation point and solution advisor
- Shape global network planning initiatives with engineering and carrier partners to scale service reach and performance
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of product managers, marketers, and business strategists
- Champion a customer-first culture, ensuring all products and enhancements deliver superior customer experiences
- Oversee transition and churn management for legacy services while leading digital transformation strategies
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (mandatory); MBA required, top-tier preferred
- 15+ years of experience in telecommunications, including 10+ years in global connectivity and managed services
- Proven track record in leading product management, marketing, and network strategy for telecom and ICT solutions
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including SD-WAN, NFV, SDN, and edge services
- Demonstrated leadership across multi-functional global teams and successful GTM execution
- Exceptional presentation, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills at the CxO level
- Expertise in transforming traditional service models to digital platforms like NaaS and intent-based networking
