Job description

The Director IT Strategy is responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring the enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with corporate business objectives within a telecom environment. The role oversees the development and execution of the annual strategic roadmap, conducts impact and competitive assessments, and ensures alignment between IT initiatives and broader organizational goals. The incumbent leads the Enterprise Architecture function across Business, Operational, and Enterprise Support Systems, establishes governance frameworks and technology standards, and ensures compliance across infrastructure, operations, and AI domains. The position requires deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms, telecom OSS/BSS/ESS systems, and emerging technologies, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
