Job description
As an Account Executive - Collaboration at Cisco, you will take full ownership of selling Cisco's collaboration solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role requires you to build strong relationships with IT and business stakeholders, articulate the business value of collaboration tools, and close large-scale opportunities. You will work closely with engineers, solution architects, and partner networks to deliver on revenue targets and strategic sales goals. The position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge cloud collaboration technologies and be part of a passionate team focused on transforming digital workplaces.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of selling the complete suite of Cisco Collaboration solutions across KSA.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT, HR, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
- Develop compelling business cases that highlight the cost, benefit, and risk of Cisco solutions.
- Engage with internal Cisco teams and external partners to qualify and close high-value opportunities.
- Align customer technology architecture with desired business outcomes to ensure ROI realization.
- Contribute insights for solution enhancement based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing, engineering, and pre-sales teams to deliver an integrated sales experience.
- Present clear execution plans and business impact to field leadership.
Experience & skills
- 7+ years of proven sales experience in collaboration, UCaaS, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong experience in customer-facing roles with exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market and strong existing business network.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and verbal.
- Experience with Cisco technologies and as-a-service sales models preferred.
- Ability to think creatively, overcome objections, and build compelling business value arguments.
- Strong alignment with customer success and digital transformation initiatives.
