Saudi organizations pursuing large-scale Data and AI transformations under Vision 2030 need advisers who can win the work and then deliver it, and this Senior Manager role in EY's Riyadh Data & AI practice does both. Revenue growth and pipeline development drive the role, through account planning, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership and deal closure. Senior client stakeholders look to you for advice on Data and AI operating models, business use cases and transformation roadmaps. Delivery matters as much as the sale, with complex, multi-workstream programmes to oversee for quality and value realization. Client conversations call for practical knowledge of data platforms, analytics and AI capabilities. Commercial work includes pricing, contracting and margin management. Within the firm, you mentor senior managers and managers and draw on regional and global EY teams. Expect to bring 12 to 15 years of experience, mostly in management or technology consulting, with 6 to 10 years of leadership in the Middle East, ideally Saudi Arabia, and an established local client network. Arabic is preferred, and professional English is required.
