Job description
Who can access what, and whether they still should, is the question at the centre of this Doha IAM position at a prominent financial institution. The enterprise IAM programme is yours to manage and improve, from policies, standards and procedures to day-to-day operations. User provisioning, deprovisioning and the full access lifecycle run through processes you own. SSO, federation, authentication, authorisation and directory services, including Active Directory, are administered and kept secure. New applications are integrated into the IAM framework, data feeds and identity synchronisation are managed, and duplicate accounts and governance conflicts are resolved. Access is monitored and audited for policy and regulatory compliance, and access-related incidents are investigated. Information Security, IT Operations, business stakeholders and vendors are close partners, and senior leadership receives regular compliance and progress reports. SailPoint experience is a strong bonus, and solid PAM foundations with BeyondTrust, Delinea or CyberArk are expected. Ten to fifteen years in information security, including at least 6 in IAM-related roles, and knowledge of ISO 27001 and local regulations are required for this permanent, on-site role.
