Job description
Property Finder, the leading real estate portal in the MENA region, is hiring a Senior TA Researcher and Analytics Partner. This role is a fusion of Talent Acquisition expertise and People Analytics, designed to improve recruitment effectiveness and strategy using data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will support recruiters and leadership with actionable intelligence, forecast hiring needs, and help streamline TA processes within a dynamic, tech-focused environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging hiring practices
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and build talent maps
- Enhance recruitment channels by researching candidate behavior and market shifts
- Build and manage dashboards tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
- Provide actionable insights from data to inform and optimize recruitment strategies
- Use predictive analytics to forecast hiring trends and talent availability
- Partner with HR Business Partners to integrate insights into workforce planning
- Maintain and improve diversity tracking and candidate pipeline health reporting
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field; Masterās degree is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a Tech company
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive TA strategy
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Excel
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- High attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights
